BVS offers two different "BullDawg" one-bedroom floor plans, a one-bedroom cottage plan, and two "Bully's Suite" two-bedroom floor plans. Click on a floor plan (except cottages) to see which style best fits your requirements.
"The BullDawg" One-Bedroom Floor Plans
BVS offers two different "The BullDawg" (one-bedroom) floor plans. They are all on the ground level and feature spa tubs in the bathroom and covered patios off the living room. Most one-bedroom units feature faux marble (painted and glazed concrete) floors in a variety of colors.
BullDawg I floor plans are located in Buildings 1 and 2 at our 210 W. Wood Street location and in Buildings 6, 7, 8, and 10 at our 110 W. Wood Street location. A total of 18 "The BullDawg I" units are available. The floor plan for BullDawg II is slightly different from BullDawg I. The BullDawg I price is $595-$610 per month.
BullDawg II floor plans are located in Buildings 2, 3,11,12,17, and 18 at our 110 W. Wood Street location. A total of 18 "The BullDawg II" units are available. The floor plan for BullDawg II is slightly different from BullDawg I. The BullDawg II costs $610-$630 per month.
BullDawg Private Cottage floor plans are located at our 110 W. Wood Street location. A total of 12 "BullDawg Private Cottage" units are available at 110 W. Wood Street. These are two-story, one-bedroom units, with a bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor. The BullDawg Private Cottages cost $675-$695 per month.
BullDawg I floor plans are located in Buildings 1 and 2 at our 210 W. Wood Street location and in Buildings 6, 7, 8, and 10 at our 110 W. Wood Street location. These are two-story, one-bedroom units, with a bedroom and private bathroom on the second floor. The BullDawg Private Cottages cost $675-$695 per month.
"Bully's Suite" Two-Bedroom Floor Plans
Two different "Bully's Suite" two-bedroom floor plans are available at BVS. Both Bully's Suite I and II are two-floor apartments with entries on the building’s second floor and two carpeted bedrooms on the building’s third floor. Both floor plans feature powder rooms on the living room level, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. In addition, the master bathroom features a spa tub. Each has a covered concrete patio located off the main living area.
Bully's Suite I floor plans are located in Buildings 1 and 2 at our 210 W. Wood Street location and in Buildings 6, 7, 8, and 10 at our 110 W. Wood Street location. A total of 18 "Bully's Suite I" units are available. Bully's Suite I costs $795-$820 per month.
